Move flashcards between decks more easily on web and mobile

It would be great if we can have a button just to “move” the selected flashcards to other decks. Also, there is a request to retain the study stats when it is copied.

It would simplify the process a lot (avoiding the necessary opened tabs in the browser). And it would be great to have the feature implemented on the mobile app.
