Detect and remove duplicate (or near duplicate) cards

I would like Brainscape to be able to detect duplicates by scanning the deck, and providing me with options such as merging, deleting, or keeping as is. If this could be detected while I’m editing, that would be even better.

It should be able to find:

• Duplicates for only the front of the flash card.

• Duplicates for only the back of the flash card.

• Exact duplicates (both front and back together).

• An approximate match (e.g. 90% the same). This one is useful if the flash card has the same meaning/intent, but is written slightly differenty. Users should be able to put a percentage or something like that.
  

Anki has some of these functionalities built in.
